1. Scope. themobipay.com is the marketing portal of The Mobipay describing the services and entry points. Operational actions are performed inside the Telegram bot and at app.themobipay.com.
2. Parties. The user is any visitor of the site. The operator is the legal entity operating The Mobipay (details will be filled in after entity registration).
3. Use of the site. The site is provided on an 'as is' basis. Marketing copy is not a public offer.
4. Registration and onboarding. Agents and traders register via the Telegram bot. Business and partners apply via the forms on /business and /partners. Final conditions are agreed individually.
5. Financial terms. Earning rates and fees are individualised by GEO, volume, rail and traffic quality. Any public estimates on the site are indicative and do not constitute a financial guarantee.
6. Prohibited use. The service may not be used for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other illegal activity.
7. Liability. The operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, except where required by applicable law.
8. Changes. The operator may change the terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The last update date is shown above.
