Privacy Policy
This document is a working draft. The final version will undergo legal review before public launch.
1. What we collect. On the marketing site we collect the minimum: technical logs (IP, User-Agent, URL), consent state, form fields on /business and /partners (name, email, company, country, optional phone), and UTM tags.
2. Why. To respond to your request (Sales/BD), to measure marketing performance (only after analytics consent), to run the support widget (only after support consent).
3. Cookies. Three categories: necessary, analytics, support widget. By default only necessary are active. You can change your choice via the cookies panel.
4. Third parties. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (consent only). Support widget — Chatwoot (consent only). Form protection — Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting — Cloudflare and the operator's VPS provider.
5. Storage and deletion. Form data is kept no longer than needed to process the request and fulfil the commercial relationship, typically up to 12 months. You can request deletion by email.
6. Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability. Requests — [email protected].
7. Minors. The service targets persons 18+ in accordance with applicable law.
