Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are. Cookies are small text files that the site stores in your browser to make the site work, remember your choices, and help us understand which content is useful.
2. What we use. (a) strictly necessary — required for the site to function (language choice, consent state, colour theme); (b) analytics — count anonymous visits; (c) support widget cookies — only when you open the support chat. Only the necessary category is active by default.
3. How to control them. On your first visit you see a consent panel. You can change your choice at any time via the 'Cookies' link in the footer or by clearing browser storage. Your decision is stored locally and in a `mobipay.consent` cookie.
4. Providers. Analytics — self-hosted Umami (or an alternative declared in our admin panel). Support widget — Chatwoot hosted on our infrastructure. Form protection — Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting — Cloudflare and the operator's VPS provider.
5. Retention. Technical cookies live until session end or up to a year. Analytics — up to 13 months (CNIL recommendation for GDPR mode). Support cookies — up to 12 months or until you leave the chat.
6. Cross-border transfers. When your visit goes through Cloudflare CDN, technical headers may transit nodes outside your jurisdiction. Analytics and the support widget run on our infrastructure in the declared jurisdiction; see the 'Hosting' block in the privacy policy.
